The UV rays from the sun can be quite deadly. It not only burns the skin but also the retinas. We do try to be prevent ourselves by sunscreen and by different means but the best way to protect the eyes are sunglasses Designer sunglasses are a better way to protect the eyes from the harmful rays of the Sun though they are a bit costly but if you are looking for the protection of the eyes one need to get the best thing.

Buying designer sunglasses is also as complicated as buying any other stuff and different sunglasses are made for different shapes of face. So before buying designer sunglasses it is always useful to determine the shape of the face.

Below are few shapes of faces and the type of sunglass which suits the face:

1. Oval: People having an oval shape are normally more balanced with a narrow chin and high cheekbones. These types of faces have an advantage that all kind of frames work well with. They can get whether round oval or square.

2. Square: People having a square face have a broad forehead with a square chin. Usual oval and round frames go with these types of faces. One should avoid using square shaped frame as it will not suite the face.

3. Oblong: Those who have a oblong face they should go with the taller frames or big frames.

4. Diamond: Person with this type of face have a normal jaw line, a narrow eye line and the entire face is angular. It is always advised that the people having a diamond face should use the angled sunglasses to avoid the attention on their eye line. One of the examples of angled sunglasses can be cat eyed sunglasses.

There are number of brands which produce a large variety of different shapes of frames for different people. The main part one should look after is that the sunglass should be compatible with the face and also should be going with the personality.
